I had no idea where to put this...stupid categories...

Yes, something hit me one day, and I desperately wanted to do the Okami Celestial Brush gods as humans... and I fail with making the background and the image blend...I FAIL

anywho... This is the sea serpent god, Nuregami, who gives you the watersprout technique. I'm rather proud of the drawing :heart: and I tried to get the colors to feel like those in the game but I fail miserably at that :XD:

BTW, I DON'T CARE IF IT'S THE WRONG GENDER!

Reference- Nuregami for colors and such
Tools- mechanical pencil, microns, watercolor pencils, white acrylics and Photoshop

Ah, I love Okami sooo much! I'm playing it right now, actually! ^^ I think that looks quite well, and I think the background is perfect! Perhaps to make it blend more you could make the image a little transparent?

I read somewhere that there was a female god that looked like Nuregami, she fell in love with a human, she told him to met her at the hot springs, but his people did not want the god to be distracted, so they told him no to go because it was a trap. Afraid that the god was going to kill his people he asked the god of the stars to make him a bottle to keep her in, for he did not want to kill her......so he captured her and put her in the bottle where she stays forever, within the stary heavens....:pray:
